Your Green Action (“YGA”) is an initiative of the Wang & Tangang Foundation. We are committed to making our website and learning platform as accessible and inclusive as possible for users from diverse backgrounds, abilities, and regions around the world.
This Accessibility Statement outlines our approach, ongoing efforts, and limitations.
1. Our Commitment to Accessibility
Your Green Action aims to provide equitable access to learning and participation for all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to ensure that our digital content and services are usable, understandable, and accessible to the widest possible audience.
Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we are continuously working to improve the user experience for everyone.
2. Accessibility Measures We Take
We make reasonable efforts to support accessibility, including:
- Using a responsive, mobile-friendly website design
- Ensuring content is readable with clear typography and contrast
- Supporting keyboard navigation where possible
- Structuring content clearly with headings and logical layouts
- Using widely supported WordPress and learning platform technologies
Our platform is built using WordPress, the Kadence theme, and Tutor LMS, which provide a foundation for accessible web practices.
3. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the website or learning platform may not yet be fully accessible. For example:
- Some third-party plugins or embedded content may have limited accessibility features
- Older content may not fully meet all accessibility standards
- Live sessions or multimedia content may not always include captions or transcripts
We acknowledge these limitations and are working to address them as resources allow.
4. Ongoing Improvements
We are committed to improving accessibility over time by:
- Reviewing content for clarity and readability
- Improving navigation and usability
- Considering accessibility when adding new features or content
- Taking feedback from users seriously
Accessibility considerations are integrated into our platform development and content creation process.
5. Getting Support or Providing Feedback
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the Your Green Action website or learning platform, or if you have suggestions for improvement, we encourage you to contact us.
We will do our best to respond and provide alternative access where possible.
