Your Green Action (“YGA”) is an initiative of the Wang & Tangang Foundation. This Intellectual Property Policy explains how intellectual property rights apply to content provided through and created within the Your Green Action platform.
By accessing or participating in the Your Green Action fellowship, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Ownership of YGA Content
Unless otherwise stated, all content made available through Your Green Action is the intellectual property of the Wang & Tangang Foundation or its authorized partners. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Course materials and curricula
- Videos, audio recordings, and presentations
- Written content, guides, and toolkits
- Graphics, illustrations, and designs
- Certificates and official branding
This content is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
2. Permitted Use of YGA Content
Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use YGA content for:
- Personal learning
- Educational and non-commercial purposes
- Participation in the fellowship
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or publicly republish YGA content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
3. Participant-Generated Content
Participants may create and submit original content during the fellowship, including but not limited to:
- Written reflections or assignments
- Images, videos, or creative works
- Social media posts related to program activities
Participants retain ownership of their original content.
By submitting content within the YGA platform or official activities, participants grant the Wang & Tangang Foundation a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share such content for:
- Educational purposes
- Program delivery and evaluation
- Impact reporting
- Non-commercial promotional activities
Participants may request removal of identifiable content by contacting the program team.
4. Social Media and Public Sharing
Participants are encouraged to share their experiences and learning publicly (e.g. on social media), provided that:
- YGA content is not reproduced in full
- Proper credit is given to Your Green Action and the Wang & Tangang Foundation
- Sharing respects the privacy and consent of others
Official hashtags, mentions, or guidelines may be provided during the program.
5. Use of Certificates
Certificates issued by Your Green Action:
- Are for personal and professional recognition
- May be shared publicly (e.g. LinkedIn, CVs)
- May not be altered, sold, or misrepresented
The Foundation reserves the right to revoke certificates in cases of misuse or misconduct.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Claim YGA content as your own
- Use YGA materials for commercial training or resale
- Remove or alter copyright notices
- Use YGA branding without authorization
Such actions may result in removal from the program or legal action where applicable.
7. Reporting Intellectual Property Concerns
If you believe your intellectual property has been misused on the YGA platform, or if you identify unauthorized use of YGA content, please contact us at:
