1. Project Ownership & Governance
Your Green Action (YGA) is an online fellowship initiative led and administered by the Wang & Tangang Foundation, a nonprofit organization committed to advancing sustainable development, global citizenship, and youth-led climate action.
The Foundation holds overall responsibility for:
- Program governance
- Platform administration
- Content oversight
- Participant safeguarding
2. Program Participation
YGA is a cohort-based, application-driven fellowship.
Participation is:
- Voluntary
- Subject to eligibility criteria
- Based on selection and approval
The Foundation reserves the right to manage enrollment, participation, and removal in accordance with its policies and values.
3. Data Protection & Privacy
YGA collects limited personal and learning-related data necessary to:
- Manage applications and user accounts
- Deliver educational content
- Track learning progress and certification
Data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection principles.
Personal data is not sold or commercially exploited.

4. Content & Intellectual Property
All official YGA course materials, branding, and certificates are the intellectual property of the Wang & Tangang Foundation.
Participants:
- Retain ownership of original content they create
- Grant YGA permission to use submitted content for educational, reporting, and non-commercial promotional purposes
Certificates are issued for personal recognition and may not be misused or altered.
5. Community Standards & Safeguarding
YGA is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment across all learning and community spaces.
All participants are expected to:
- Respect diversity and cultural differences
- Engage constructively and responsibly
- Follow the Code of Conduct
Violations may result in suspension, removal, or certificate revocation.
6. Educational Scope & Liability
YGA provides educational and informational content only.
It does not offer professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
Participation and application of learning outcomes are undertaken at the participant’s own discretion and responsibility.

YGA maintains a public set of policies governing:
