Your Green Action (“YGA”) is an initiative of the Wang & Tangang Foundation. This Refund & Participation Policy explains the conditions related to participation, withdrawal, and refunds (where applicable) for the Your Green Action fellowship program.
1. Program Participation
Participation in the Your Green Action fellowship is:
- Voluntary
- Application-based
- Subject to selection and approval
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. The Wang & Tangang Foundation reserves the right to select participants based on program criteria and capacity.
2. Program Fees
Current Status
At this time, the Your Green Action fellowship is offered free of charge to selected participants.
As no participation fees are collected, no refunds are applicable.
Future Paid Editions
If future editions of the fellowship include participation fees, this policy will be updated accordingly. Any applicable fees, refund conditions, and deadlines will be clearly communicated before enrollment.
3. Withdrawal from the Program
Participants may withdraw from the fellowship at any time by:
- Informing the program team via email, or
- Discontinuing participation on the learning platform
Please note:
- Withdrawal does not entitle participants to a certificate
- Previously completed activities or progress may not be restored if rejoining in a future cohort
4. Attendance and Engagement
To receive a certificate of completion, participants are expected to:
- Complete all required course components
- Respect program timelines
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct
Failure to meet these requirements may result in:
- Ineligibility for certification
- Removal from the fellowship in serious cases
5. Removal from the Program
The Wang & Tangang Foundation reserves the right to remove participants from the program without compensation if they:
- Violate the Terms & Conditions
- Breach the Code of Conduct
- Engage in disruptive, abusive, or harmful behavior
Such removal may occur with or without prior notice, depending on severity.
6. Changes to the Program
Your Green Action reserves the right to:
- Modify program content, structure, or schedule
- Postpone or cancel a cohort if necessary
In the event of major changes, participants will be informed in a timely manner.
